USI-42GSP is a 4-port Gigabit PoE and 2-port Gigabit SFP industrial unmanaged Ethernet switch. Ports 1 to 4 of the switch operate at 10/100/1000 Mbps speed and provide PoE features. The design of USI-42GSP PoE is fully compliant with IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at power supply standards. The switch automatically detects device power consumption and delivers up to 30 watts over Cat 5,6 cables with 25.5 watts available to devices. The switch tracks its power budget (PoE budget) of 120W and grants power only when it is available. This product is designed for an industrial environment. USI-42GSP provides power redundancy with dual 44-57VDC input, it has IP40 rated metal housing with DIN rail mounting bracket. The switches have 6 kV surge protection to protect against damages caused by random power spikes. USI-42GSP operates in temperatures at -40~75°C (-40 °F ~ 167°F) and addresses the needs of industrial automation control. LED indicators on the front panel show ports and system operating status providing clear real-time diagnostics and troubleshooting of network failures if any occur.
